Arizona Cardinals

  • The Cardinals’ quarterback woes have drastic effects on every member of the offense, reducing their ceiling and lowering their floor of fantasy production.

  • James Conner led all Cardinals’ running backs with an 84% snap share (52), tallying 14 carries (73.7% Rush Share) and five targets (16.7% Target Share).

  • Joshua Dobbs attempted just 30 passes, completing 21 or 132 yards.

  • Rookie wide receiver Michael Wilson led the wideout group with 56 snaps (90.0% Snap Share). Wilson saw four targets (13.3%), catching two for 19 yards.

  • Rondale Moore led the team in receiving yards with 33, catching all three of his targets (10.0%) with a 68.0% snap share (42).

  • Mack Hollins was the only other receiver to see the field for more than 50.0% of the team’s snaps. Hollins earned four targets (22.2%) on 33 snaps (63.0%).

  • Allgeier handled more rushing work, sporting 15 carries (60.0% Rush Share) for 75 yards and two touchdowns while hauling in all three of his targets (16.7%) for an additional 19 receiving yards.

  • Kyle Pitts played 32 snaps (62.0%), earning three targets (16.7%) while Jonnu Smith (26 Snaps/50.0% Snap Share), MyCole Pruitt (25 Snaps/48.0% Snap Share) continue to steal valuable playing time from the young tight end.

Baltimore Ravens

  • Todd Monken’s new-look Ravens offense was nothing new at all as the team operated with a heavy-run focused offensive philosophy.

  • Lamar Jackson attempted just 22 passes, completing 17 for 169 yards and one interception with zero touchdowns. Jackson tallied six carries (23.0% Rush Share) for 38 yards.

  • Zay Flowers made an immediate impact in his NFL debut, earning an NFL-leading 45.4% target share (10 TGT) while catching nine passes for 78 yards. Flowers led all Ravens in routes, targets, receptions, and receiving yards as the rookie saw an increased opportunity share sans Mark Andrews. Flowers' 45.4% target share and 46.1% receiving yards share mark the highest totals of any Ravens wide receiver in their first NFL game.

  • Odell Beckham Jr. led the Ravens’ receivers in snaps (59/92.0% Snap Share) but managed only three targets (13.6%) as he played second fiddle to Flowers.

  • Rashod Bateman played just 39.0% of the offensive snaps (25), earning three targets (13.6%).

  • James Cook led all Bills running backs in snaps (41/59.0% Snap Share), carries (12/80.0% Rush Share), targets (6/14.6% Target Share), rushing yards (46), receptions (4), and receiving yards (17).

  • Stefon Diggs earned more than double the targets of the next closest teammate, securing 10 catches on 13 targets for 102 yards and one touchdown.

  • Dalton Kincaid matched Dawson Knox with four targets () but encouragingly played most of his snaps from the slot receiver position whereas his veteran counterpart lined up exclusively as an in-line tight end.

  • Jones recorded nine carries (33.3% Rushing Share) and four targets (14.8% Target Share).

Houston Texans

  • C.J. Stroud was running rampant trying to avoid the Ravens' all-out Zone Blitz defense in Week 1. The rookie quarterback had a respectable first outing, all things considered, collecting 262 total yards (242 Passing, 20 Rushing) while completing 28/44 pass attempts with no turnovers. Stroud was sacked five times.

  • Pittman was far and away Richardson’s favorite target, securing eight receptions on 11 targets (28.2% Target Share) with one touchdown. Pittman led all wideouts with a 97.0% Snap share (70).

  • Downs encouragingly earned seven targets (17.9%), four more than Pierce despite a lower percentage of snaps and routes run.

Jacksonville Jaguars

  • Trevor Lawrence completed 24/32 pass attempts for 241 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. Lawrence is growing into his generational label, exhibiting several mind-bending throws in Week 1.

  • Patrick Mahomes struggled to find a rhythm without his top weapon, throwing a costly pick-six and finishing with 226 yards and two touchdowns on 21/39 pass attempts.

  • Mahomes also led the team in rushing yards with 45 as Isaih Pacheco (8 Carries/23 Yards) and Clyde Edwards-Helaire (6 Carries/22 Yards) failed to move the rock.

  • Pacheco led the running back room with 31 snaps (48.0% Snap Share) and eight carries (57.1% Snap Share).

Las Vegas Raiders

  • Jakobi Meyers was having a career game before being knocked out of the contest by a brutal and illegal hit from Broncos’ Kareem Jackson.

  • Meyers still managed to lead all Raiders in targets (10 Targets/38.5%) while playing 80.0% of the offensive snaps (47) before leaving the game. Meyers finished the game with an impressive stat line of 9/81/2.
