Top Cash Plays:

Quarterbacks

Patrick Mahomes ($7,900)

The Ringer

Derek Carr just carved up this Jacksonville Jaguars defense for 259 yards and two touchdowns and now Mahomes gets his chance to scorch the 7th-best True Matchup (a Broto Exclusive Stat that adjust for how defenses perform against specific players, rather than overall points allowed - Download the Free FF App by Broto app to access Broto exclusive stats: Apple App Store and Google Play Store) for opposing quarterbacks. Mahomes has had back-to-back 30-point games in his last two contests and should continue that streak here.

Josh Allen ($8,500)

Even though Allen did not play great last week against the Jets, he still finished with 26 PPR points. Allen gets a much better matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, who are middle of the pack against the rushing QB. Expect another strong outing from Allen this week, as long as he gets the go ahead.

Justin Fields ($5,300)

Fields received a huge price increase this week after popping off for 45 fantasy points last week, thanks to his record-breaking rushing day. Fields brings his streak for 60+ rushing yards in 4 straight games into DET for a very favorable matchup.

Running Back

Saquon Barkley ($8,600)

Saquon leads the way as the most expensive running back this week getting the No. 1 True Matchup for opposing running backs in the Houston Texans. Barkley has managed 15 or more PPR points in every game except one this season.

Travis Etienne ($7,100)

Etienne has a long way to go to be compared to Derrick Henry but there’s no reason he can’t torch the Kansas City defense like Henry did last week. Etienne has put up three consecutive weeks of 20+ PPR points and should extend that to four this week.

Alvin Kamara ($7,400)

Kamara has 38 targets and over 10 rushing attempts per game over the past five weeks. Expect those usage numbers to continue against a vulnerable Steelers pass defense.

Wide Receiver

Stefon Diggs ($8,300)

A revenge game plus the middling Vikings defense is a good recipe for success for Diggs this week. Minnesota is the 14th-ranked True Matchup but is vulnerable to big games. Only two weeks ago they gave up over 300 yards receiving and three touchdowns to the Arizonan Cardinals WRs. Start Diggs with confidence in cash.

Tight End

David Njoku ($4,100)

Set to return from injury, Njoku has had 5 or more targets in every healthy game this season since Week 2. Now, Njoku plays the Miami Dolphins, who rank as the 4th-best True Matchup for opposing tight ends. The Browns vs. Dolphins game also has the 2nd highest over/under for the week, so game script should be in Njoku’s favor. You can confidently start David Njoku in cash this week.

D/ST

Kansas City Chiefs ($3,400)

If Kansas City puts up points as expected, the defense will get to face many passing opportunities. Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence started off hot, throwing multiple touchdown passes in Weeks 2-4 but has slowed down since, throwing for just three touchdowns while combining for six turnovers in his last five games.

Favorite stacks:

1. Josh Allen + Stefon Diggs + Gabe Davis/Dawson Knox with Dalvin Cook bring back.

2. Tua Tagovailoa + Tyreek Hill + Jaylen Waddle with Nick Chubb or Amari Cooper bring back.

3. Patrick Mahomes + Juju Smith-Schuster with Travis Etienne or Christian Kirk bring back.

4. Derrick Henry + Titans D/ST

5. Tony Pollard/Ezekiel Elliot + Cowboys D/ST

GPP Plays:

QB Derek Carr ($5,600)

If you want to be contrarian and gain leverage on a popular Josh Jacobs play, then Carr is the pivot this week. The Indianapolis Colts are the 2nd-best True Matchup for opposing QBs.

QB Jacoby Brissett ($5,400)

Should the Browns and Dolphins game turn into a score fest as Vegas expects, Brissett could be a sneaky GPP play. Brissett has passed for over 250+ yards in his last three games and could get pushed to throw more if Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle lay waste to the Browns secondary. As an added bonus, Brissett’s cheap price tag will allow you to pay up at other skill positions.

RB Jeff Wilson ($5,500)

If you really want to maximize your leverage this week then Jeff Wilson is the right pick. Wilson rushed for 50 yards and accumulated three targets in his first game with Miami. Add on a stellar matchup against a Browns defense that ranks as the 8th-best True Matchup for opposing running backs and we have a nice contrarian GPP play.

RB Jamaal Williams ($5,900)

I’m doubling down on Williams, my “buy” in the Broto Week 10 buy/sell article.

WR Jerry Jeudy ($5,700)

QB Russell Wilson has struggled but Jeudy may be establishing a connection with his veteran QB. Jeudy has 7 or more targets in all but three games this season, turning up in his last two games, posting a combined 13 receptions for 159 yards and one touchdown. This week he draws a great matchup in the Titans, the 2nd-best True Matchup for WRs.

WR Tyreek Hill ($9,100), Jaylen Waddle ($7,600)

Stacking the Dolphins wide receiver core is a must in GPPs as they have proven to be the most dynamic receiving duo in the league.

WR Juju Smith-Schuster ($6,000)

Would you be shocked to learn that Juju has had 8 or more targets in all but two games this season? With a 30-point implied team total, Juju should put up big numbers and multiple dances in Week 10.

WR Amari Cooper ($6,500)

Cooper already has four games with 10+ targets and five games with 74 or more receiving yards on the season. In a potential shootout with Miami, Cooper should boom in your GPP lineups.

TE Darren Waller ($4,900) or Foster Moreau (3,200)

Las Vegas Raiders tight end position is a spot I’m targeting in GPPs this week. The Colts are the 2nd-best True Matchup for opposing TEs and have been getting gashed nearly every TE they play. Should the Raiders need to throw, Waller or Moreau make great GPP plays.

TE Dawson Knox (3,300)

The Bills high-powered offense plus a wonderful matchup against the 8th-best True Matchup for TEs is a recipe for success. Deploy Knox as a one-off or part of Josh Allen double stacks to lower total rostership.

D/ST

Arizona Cardinals ($2,700)

The Cardinals are weak against the run which makes the Rams a great matchup. The Los Angeles Rams offensive line is atrocious and the team has the second fewest rushing yards and yards per carry (3.2) in the NFL. The Cardinals will get to face plenty of pass attempts in this game and Rams QB Matthew Stafford is tied for the 2nd most interceptions in the league. Turnovers equal points.

Lone Ranger (sub $5,000 player that can score over 10 fantasy points)

Darnell Mooney crushed against the Dolphins last week, bringing me up to 5-3.

Chase Claypool ($4,800)

Claypool earned six targets in his first game and the the Detroit Lions don’t have anyone defensively that can matchup to his size and speed. I’m taking Claypool to smash the 10-point threshold on DraftKings in Week 10.
