Top plays GPP:

QB:

Andy Dalton ($7600 FD): If we want to win a GPP on Turkey Day, then we need to get weird. Dalton threw 2 TDs in limited action last week and will want to show up on primetime. I also expect Montgomery to be heavily rostered so this will be a nice leverage play.  What also helps is that the Lions are 28th in passing DVOA—the Lions are like that generous family member at Thanksgiving that always lets everyone have the last of everything.

RB:

Zeke ($6200 FD): It’s ok to have some chalk. We’ll just have to get weird at other spots. He’s had some low yardage games lately but Zeke is still scoring TDs. He also has a receiving floor with three or more targets in his past five games. The Raiders are allowing 26% points over average to RB’s and rank as the 4th best RB matchup per Broto.  Depending on Zeke’s health, I also don’t hate the idea of fading Zeke for Pollard, who had his largest rush share last week thanks to a Zeke injury.

Mark Ingram ($7100 FD): The Bills defense is tough but they now call Johnathan Taylor daddy after last week. It may not always be pretty but Ingram had a 20% target share and 80% rushing share last week.

Really want to get Contrarian? Matt Breida ($5300 FD) is the way to go. He quietly had a 45.5% rushing share last week and was second in RB targets. The increased rushing share + Saints bad run defense lately = Breida in GPPs.

WR:

Emmanuel Sanders ($5800 FD): Sanders is a solid contrarian play who also provides leverage off of Stefon Diggs. Sanders has only had 15 targets over his last three games but if he breaks loose for a big TD play or scores multiple TD’s (he has 2 games this season with 2 TD’s), Sanders could pay off in a big way.

Darnell Mooney ($6800 FD): Mooney has been the alpha in Chicago for a while now but last week cemented that status. Mooney had 16 (SIXTEEN!) targets vs. Baltimore last week and now gets a matchup against the lowly Lions.

TE:

Dawson Knox ($5600 FD): I recommended Knox last week and he smashed, so we’re going back to the well. Knox finally broke out of his small post-injury slump and commanded 10 targets last week. The Saints have been tough on TE’s this year but Goedert put up an easy 5/62 on them in a laugher last week.

Dalton Schultz ($6000 FD): Schultz can thrive with Cooper out. He can thrive even more if Lamb is also out. Schultz had 8 targets last week and can continue to eat in this Dallas offense. Moreover, the Raiders are the 8th best matchup for TE’s per Broto, allowing 25% points over average to the position.

D/ST:

DAL D/ST ($4100): With the Bears and Bills expected to be the chalk, the Dallas defense is a nice pivot. Dallas ranks as the 27th best matchup for QB’s and 30th best matchup for RB’s. It could be a long, miserable Turkey Day for the Raiders.

Best of luck on Thanksgiving. Go get that money!
